If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours from the time the USPS tracking shows the package has been delivered. The Ausome Shop is not responsible for lost/damaged packages. If your package arrives damaged due to the courier, please contact us within the 48 hour time frame so that we can resolve the matter.
When entering your information at checkout you must include your FULL address, including house/apt/unit etc. The Ausome Shop is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer, which will result in a returned package.
If the address mistake is made and noticed upon receival of the confirmation email, please email The Ausome Shop within 48 hours so that the correct address can be applied to the order.
